As part of Development Victoria Riverwalk development, Excell Gray Bruni was engaged as the Head Contractor to undertake all subdivisional works. Over the past 9 years, Excell Gray Bruni has been responsible for the construction of various residential subdivisions entailing approximately 1,000 lots.
Works carried out over the period included major Bulk Earthworks, Road pavements, Stormwater Drainage, Sewer Reticulation, Water Reticulation, Electrical, Communications (NBN), concrete pavements and kerbs, and minor landscaping.
Additionally, Riverwalk also included the construction of multiple wetlands, upgrade of Lollipop Creek including water sensitive design Bioretention systems, two large culvert bridges (District Avenue and Farm Road) and the upgrade of the Westleigh Drive Intersection (VicRoads fully signalised intersection) as the main entrance into the Riverwalk Estate.
Excell Gray Bruni’s has recently been awarded Riverwalk Stages 27-29 (180 plus residential lots) and currently undertaking the upgrade to Alfred Road / Geelong Road intersection that is to become the second main entrance into the estate.
