Riverside estate is a multistage subdivision on the outskirts of Wodonga, offering semi-rural living and nearby natural waterway and wetland access.
At completion it is expected to provide more than 2500 new lots. Excell Gray Bruni was engaged as the principal contractor for the duration of the subdivision. The project involves bulk earthworks, service installation, construction of stormwater detention basins, drainage installation, road construction, concrete footpath construction, and final landscaping.
