High Street Reconstruction Stages 2-3

EGB were engaged as the head contractor for the final stages of High St Reconstruction. These final stages of works stretched from South St to Lawrence St and numerous side streets including Elgin Boulevarde, South St, Church St, and Bond St. The project was in part federally funded as part of the National Stronger Regions program.

The reconstruction of High St included improved drainage, renewed watermain, reconstructed flexible pavements in roadways, concrete carparking, renewed sidewalk paving, landscape features, upgraded public lighting, and new green space.
