Harpley Estate

Excell Gray Bruni Commenced works at Harpley Estate in October 2014, the development will have over 12,000 residents on completion and to date 2000 lots have been constructed.

The Development has included the construction of 4 major wetlands ranging in size from 100,000 m³ to 350,000 m³, as well as landscaping of these wetlands.  A large 40m span bridge was also constructed as part of the works to VicRoads Standards, Major Road have also been constructed at Harpley Estate including Armstrong Road & Ison Road totalling of 4km of Major Road. There has also been the construction of 9 Major culvert crossings, within wetlands and creeks.

A key Environmental aspect of the project that EGB has undertaken, is the recycling of all the rock removed out of the ground by rock crushing. The environmental benefit of this process has been equivalent to a Truck and Trailer travelling around Australia 15 times. All rock crushed on site was used back in the roads and trenches of the development. The reduced truck movements on local roads has also had a significant Environmental benefit to the Community.

The developer on the Project is Lend Lease Communities, who Excell Gray Bruni has worked together with for over 25 years. Excell Gray Bruni are proud to be playing a major role in such an exciting project.
