Ettamogah Rise is a new residential housing estate just north of Albury. It offers beautiful views of snowcapped mountains and large residential lots with only a 10 minute drive to the CBD.
EGB are currently constructing stage 4 with stage 6 also set to commence in the next few months. The project involved bulk earthworks, construction of large retention basins, drainage infrastructure, residential service installation, flexible pavement construction and concrete works.
